Hello Read,

A new landmark reminds me to give you some feedback on SASS: we finished the first bottle last night.


Goes with any meat - we tried it!

It brought to perfection our most popular recipes. We didn't know it, but for years, something was missing. And it makes meals that were not that popular real hits! Very good for the ego of some of the "chefs" who stop by our place with their new creations. We used to fear some of them. Add a thick layer of SASS and everybody's asking for more. And I give everybody bread at the end of the meal to pick up all the SASS in their plates because I don't want them licking their plates - that would not be a good model for the kids.

Anyways, you can be very proud of what you did. And I imagine that your father is also proud and grateful.
